As scammers target the elderly through mail fraud, telemarketing and door-to-door sales schemes, Better Business Bureau is giving senior citizens tips and tools to avoid marketplace fraud. BBB serving Alaska, Oregon, and Western Washington presents Scam Jam, a free educational seminar to help protect our community from identity theft, fraud and other common scams:
